NodeEdgeRAT is a remote access trojan written in JavaScript and running on Node.js, used by the SilkParasite activity cluster and observed by Bitdefender in Central Asia. Its command-and-control infrastructure includes domains impersonating legitimate regional hosting providers, a pattern that makes the traffic plausible to a local defender.
